We are also deeply committed to protecting our natural environment and actively work towards a more sustainable future. Every day, we strive to reduce our environmental impact by gradually transitioning to recycled materials and bagasse-based packaging.
In addition, we aim to source as many of our ingredients as possible directly from Norrbotten. By choosing local, regional, and Swedish products—many of them organic—we can serve food that not only tastes exceptional, but also supports our local community and the environment.
